On February 19, China Southern’s 787 Dreamliner safely arrived here for its inaugural flight to Vancouver and airline officials held a welcoming ceremony and press conference.

Mr. Tan Wan’geng, Party Secretary of China Southern Air Holding Company and President of China Southern Airlines, said, “China Southern Airlines will take advantage of the 787 Dreamliner into the Guangzhou-Vancouver route while continuously building the Canton Route and our great transit services by connecting Canada with Australia, Southeast Asia, South Asia and other areas via Baiyun International Airport in Guangzhou and offering tailor-made leisure programs both Chinese and Canadians can enjoy more travel choices”.
